For the 3rd year, it's back:We're upgrading our 2026 goals dinner to follow a more YPO-style forum session.Agenda1. Forum catch-upWe'll catch up using a 1-1-1 Format: each person gets 5 minutes to share:- Personal High/Low: One peak and one valley from the past year.- Professional High/Low: Biggest win and most difficult lesson- Health/Fitness Update: Current state of the "machine"2. 2025 in Review- Review how 2025 went. Did you get what you want out of it? If a goal was missed, state "why" (internal or external friction, didn't prioritize, etc)3. What do you want out of 2026?- 1-3 Goals: Personal, Family, Business, and/or "Stop Doing" goals.For annual goals, it's best to name the outcome you want (i.e. lose 20 lbs, hit $100K MRR) and the behaviors you're committing to (strength train 3x / wk + intermittent fast, spend 10 hrs per week calling customers). If "stopping" a commitment or habit is helpful, you can also use this as a goal for 2026.Good goal = Desired Outcome + Inputs4. Gestalt Reflections- After each person shares, the group has 2-3 minutes to reflect back. No advice, no fixing, no "you should" statements. Speak from experience "In my experience..." or "Something I noticed..." etcOnly homework is to come up with goals you want to hit in the next year.
